There will be a racing competition in the city. Harry Hot Rod is
convinced that he will easily win. When Calamity Crow decide to take part in the competition with his home-made soap car, Harry Hot Rod becomes more confident to win than ever. But Harry Hot Rod use his dirty tricks to cause troubles for the other competitors, but it also a effecting himself. Luckily are Paulie and Fiona in place and can come to their rescue.
