The City has gotten its own railway station. This will be celebrated with pomp and splendour. The whole city has gathered to be in on the inauguration and see Tilly Train roll into the station. Calamity Crow happens to accidentally blow up the rail. Tilly has to be stopped before she derails! Will the Paulie and Fiona come in time?
